About us
Enderwick Design was founded in 2015 as a response to a need in the market for honest and in-budget design solutions. Based in Hamilton, we’re a team of professionals who pride ourselves on premium customer service. We’re pragmatic, solutions-driven and are here to help you get your project over the line.
Mark Enderwick
Mark has over a fifteen years experience in the industry, mainly in the commercial sector. Most of his experience was gained in consulting engineering services where he was technically involved with and managing a range of projects from high-end houses to commercial offices and warehouses. Mark is a professional member of ADNZ and licenced building practitioner (Design 2 Class).
Sam
Sam has a passion for residential design and thrives in producing modern elegant solutions. He delivers thoughtful design and visually appealing buildings.
Frank
Frank has a varied background in construction, interior fit outs and design. He excels on delivering design documentation through his high abilities in software use, he also produces most of our renders and loves the challenge of producing visually stunning imagery.
Foz
Foz started her career as Office Dog back in 2015. She’s a full time member of staff whose duties include greeting clients, soliciting pats, guarding the window, and taking lots of naps.
Federica
Federica brings a new perspective to our team by way of her classic training as an Architect in Rome. She has a background in modern architecture and urban planning in Italy.

Our Services
structural drawing
We offer structural drawing services by arrangement only. We undertake this structural modelling in Revit and offer full integration with architectural and building services BIM models.
Architectural design
We offer predominantly architectural design services for repeat clients, but always welcome new challenges. Our design interests range from residential, commercial and industrial.
Working/Consent Drawings
We can take your ideas from concepts through to completed council-ready building consent applications, and beyond to Construction issue.
Concept / Scheme Planning
We can look at various options for you if you have a piece of land that you’re thinking of developing or purchasing. This generally consists of bulk and location plans, along with 3D renders, elevations and floor plans.
Renovation/Repurposing
If you have an existing building that you would like to be refreshed, rebranded or just renovated we can look at practical solutions to fit any budget.
This includes those looking to sell or lease a building looking for a refreshed competitive advantage.
Project Management
We offer full project management services either on your behalf or as an independent consultant to a contract.
Site Inspections
We can provide a site inspection service for chartered engineers, either one-offs or on an organised basis.
Drawing-only Services
We can provide drawing services to chartered structural engineers or architects as an overflow service.
Drone Photography
We offer drone photography services for your project.
