We can take your ideas from concepts through to completed council-ready building consent applications, and beyond to Construction issue.

We can look at various options for you if you have a piece of land that you’re thinking of developing or purchasing. This generally consists of bulk and location plans, along with 3D renders, elevations and floor plans.
Renovation/Repurposing
If you have an existing building that you would like to be refreshed, rebranded or just renovated we can look at practical solutions to fit any budget.
This includes those looking to sell or lease a building looking for a refreshed competitive advantage.
Project Management
We offer full project management services either on your behalf or as an independent consultant to a contract.
Site Inspections
We can provide a site inspection service for chartered engineers, either one-offs or on an organised basis.
Drawing-only Services
We can provide drawing services to chartered structural engineers or architects as an overflow service.
